Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 8 oz each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 ¼ teaspoons coarse cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Preheat grill to high.
- Pat pork chops dry; remove excessive fat or connective tissue.
- Coat pork chops with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Place chops on hot grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until grill marks form. - Transfer chops to a rack over a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Place chops in oven; roast 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Remove pork chops from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Instructions
- Preheat grill to high.
- Season asparagus with olive oil, shallots, salt and pepper.
- Grill asparagus for 3 to 4 minutes; turn over and grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- Remove asparagus from grill, sprinkle with lemon zest and juice.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 ½ teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon ground dried rosemary
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 12 oz hard apple cider
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F. Place a pan of water in the smoker on a low rack.
- Combine sugar, salt, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, pepper and rosemary in a small bowl for dry rub.
- Pat ribs dry; remove connective tissue from back of ribs, if present. Generously coat the front and back of ribs with the dry rub. Place ribs on rack in the smoker.
- Spritz ribs with apple cider every 30 minutes while smoking ribs for 6 hours or until meat separates easily from the bones.
